Our Mission
Our mission is to empower students in grades 6-12 with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experiences necessary for success in high-demand careers. Through rigorous academics, real-world learning, and industry partnerships, we cultivate compassionate, skilled professionals who are prepared to lead, innovate, and serve their communities.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a premier institution that inspires and prepares the next generation of healthcare leaders in Jefferson County, Alabama. Invictus Charter Schools (ICI) will serve a diverse student population, including economically disadvantaged students and those historically underrepresented in healthcare careers.
By providing a rigorous, hands-on curriculum aligned with industry standards, ICI will equip students with the skills, knowledge, and professional network necessary to excel in the healthcare field.
